SHOCK TREATMENT

Algae and bacteria can quickly establish themselves in untreated pool water, it is therefore recommended that you shock dose the water as you are about ½ way to filling the pool.

This should prevent the water going green and make ongoing maintenance easier.

Shock chlorine is also good if you’re having troubles maintaining chlorine levels in your pool or for when you have an infestation of algae.
